11 months = 1 yr 3 months

Hello! How is everyone doing? As usual time is very limited so I will probably just give quick captions for some recent pictures and then hopefully one day very soon I will be able to give a true update. The weather has been so great here (i guess I should add the words "at times" to that statement) that Olivia has had a chance to try out her new walking skills on outdoor terrain. (below)
Mmmmm...Mike made ribs this week and they were DELICIOUS.
You don't have to take my word for it...just check out Olivia
chowing down. Don't mind the sweet potatoes on her forhead! (or tray)
The following 3 pictures crack me up. Mike and his Dad were
doing some construction down the hallway and apparently the
kids found it to be very interesting. They stood and watched for
quite some time. Check out Olivia trying to climb the gate.
I don't like to post pictures of anyone with out permission
but I can't help myself with this next one. I think it is one of the
sweetest pictures ever. (i'll remove it if you want me to)
I was just being silly when i took the next picture...I was
so tickled to see that Olivia was capable of having
"bed head"!
Above is Olivia pretending that she doesn't care that Savanah
has a lollipop and she doesn't.... Below is her getting her
very own ....
Olivia is changing every day. Her newly emerging personality is so unique and so much fun. You can see how proud she is of herself that she can do all of these new things. Just recently she has been walking across the room unassisted, she has learned to clap her hands, mimic almost any sound or face you make at her (from clicking her tongue (Grandpa) to signing for "more" (Grandma) and lots in between), she very much enjoys "peeking" around corners at us and then laughing wildly when we catch her. Now that she has almost mastered getting around on the ground she has started setting her sights higher....and by higher i mean up up up. Without any help she can climb up into her high chair and stand upright in it (no, Mom is not keen on this trick), she will stand on the arm rest of the couch in order to turn the light on and off (Grandma does not care for this trick either) and she especially enjoys climbing up into her cousin Luca's special desk chair.
Please check back soon for more of Olivia's accomplishments. I would love to write more tonight but it is getting late. I hope you are well. Good night.
